Aussie build, too expensive to import from the states.

Look up any reviews on the cards you can find, and chances are one of them will mention if if the card has a reference design PCB or not.
If not, you can type into Google "Sappphire 7950 Boost PCB" and "reference 7950 PCB" and manually compare them yourself.
Or for total peace of mind, email Sapphire and (Heatkiller I'm guessing) block manufacturer and just ask whether the products are compatible with each other.
