Please help me! cpu temps out of control

Hello,I just bought my rig it worked flawlessly. I installed my tx 3 onto my i5-750 and ran crysis etc and nothing was wrong. I install speed fan to see my temps and its at ******* 70 c !. I restart my comp and no avail its hitting 80 now. I install stock intel cpy cooler and its idleing at 65 c ! I applied a rice grain ammount of thermal paste have like 7 high speed fans and a cold room too!. PLEASE HELP ME , im pretty sure i mounted the cooler right as well! My cpu was overclocking by . 1ghz too right out of the box could this cause my over heating?

Well that wasnt the problem , I just bought a awesome hit sink and that fixed it.
