Troubleshooting vga card nvidia GTS 250 green

my name is jefry. i just bought a nvidia GTS 250 green. i bought this vga card yesterday. after i instal win 7 in my pc, it fail, n then i restart my pc. after it, my lcd don't display anything screen, just black screen and my pc beep 2 times.
please help me.
