Since most modern graphics cards use PCI Express 2.0 now, you can bet that the majority (if not all) of boards out there has these sockets.

How about if I wanted to do two cards in SLI? The specs only say that it can do crossfire.

I would assume that it is not SLI-compatible. If you are looking specifically for SLI boards, you should specify the search parameters on Newegg.
