Oop - someone beat me to it! You definitely want to use all three channels, and I've already used some of the 7-8-7 1600 on a Clarkdale (wanted to push the memory controller a bit to test, as it's on the 40nm graphics core, rather than the 32nm CPU itself...), albeit a model without the trick-looking fan, and it flies! XMP worked right out of the box for a single DIMM per channel, but was a fairly 'budget' machine, so couldn't test with two per channel - if you wind up buying six sticks, post back and I'll walk you through getting two DIMMs per channel working...

If you have a 32-bit OS, those sticks are very usable. If you have a 64-bit OS, I would get a third stick (a triple channel kit) to take advantage of Intel's triple channel hyperthreading.
