i built this system today:
i5 750
Gigabyte HD5850
Kingston Hyper X DDR3 4GB 1600 RAM
Gigabyte UD3R

and i happen to have a windows 7 32 bit ultimate

should i switch to 64 bit or is 32 bit enough for me?

More about choice
  1. If it doesn't cost you anything, you should definitely switch to the 64-bit. That will let you use the full 4 GB (instead of 3.75 GB) and allow you to add more RAM in the future.

If switching means you have to buy a new version, don't bother with it.
  2. I would switch to the 64-bit Win7, if there isn't additional cost involved (or just a little). You are running 4GB of RAM, which to utilize it all, you need a 64-bit system. If you don't want to do that, drop you RAM down to 3GB and save a little money.

IMO... All new builds should be based off of a 64-bit OS.

edit: MadAdmiral beat me to the punch :)
  3. ^+1 to both, and remember that the UD3R don't support USB 3.0 when you use Corssfire.
