Disk read error

Hello,
i replaced my motherboard but after that a disk read error is being displayed.

Well that could mean:

Your HDD is not set up properly in the boot menu so the Computer cant see the drive needed to boot.

Your HDD is damaged which means you have to get any data off it if possible though this is unlikely if the BIOS cant read the drive at all.

If you replaced your motherboard due to a fault it may have been your HDD all along.
