Monitoring
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mainboard Model MS-7309 (0x000001A0 - 0x005F1C39)

Bios version 7309.v93. Check your bios file at the top of the post screen. If you need to flash, download the msi live update software and install it on your pc. Then disable any boot block settings in the bios, and the windows firewall setting. Then use the "search" option to begin the process while you are online. You can run the denab 940 (3.0) 125w with this bios file. That's the fastest cpu listed for your board; I'm looking at the board with one orange and one green ram slot.

Bios

BIOS Type AMI
BIOS Version V9.8
System BIOS Date 10/26/09
Video BIOS Date 10/29/09

After going through all the boards for 7309, can't be sure which one you need. But live update will scan your board and load the latest drivers automatically. It's one of the best flash files of any manufacturer. But after it loads the latest bios file, you'll still have to locate it somewhere on Msi's website to determine the fastest cpu you can use.
