Geforce 310 vs ATI HD 4350: which one is better?

I ordered a pc which should have the ATI 4350 with 512 MB videocard in it. But they delivered my pc with a Geforce 310 with 512 MB card in it.

Which one is better? Should I complain and ask for the ATI or just keep the Geforce 310? What is your advice?

I do the occasional gaming and further some photo editing. Besides that nothing special (in regard to video cards).

The 4350 is actually quite a bit quicker(never thought i would say that about a 4350) take a look at the hierarchy chart, the G310 is 2 tiers above the intel X4500 while the 4350 is listed as 5 tiers above the X4500.

For photo editing work you wont notice the difference, and for gaming you will have to have games on the lowest setting for either so im not sure if it makes much of a difference, like ct1615 said, dead snail vs half dead snail

I checked. ATI is indeed higher on the ladder. I will complain and claim my "half dead snail"
