Dragging changes folder position

Whenever I drag something out of a folder in "My Documents," when I come back
to "My Documents," the position of the folder has changed. This is very
annoying when you are used to finding a particular folder in a particular
place. What would be the setting to fix this? We choose to not organize by
any set way; just our way. Thank you.
