What is a safe overclock for the Radeon HD 7750? No additional cooling.
I want to squeeze as much performance as I can from this card.

that is all depending on your setup, what can your psu provide your card with and how hot does it get.
i would say, bump up the core clock 25MHz and test, then bump up the memory clock with 25MHz and test again. repeat the process untill you get weird fps bumps, game crashes or extreme heat. then go back to the last safe settings.

i also recommend using MSI Afterburner to upp the voltage you grant your gpu
