BIOS settings for one sata drive Tags: Chipsets SATA BIOS Motherboards Last response: December 24, 2010 6:23 PM in Motherboards Share MMK_9123 December 24, 2010 6:08:17 PM Can anybody tell me what bios settings should i have to install it and let the os detect its as sata(since it is detecting it a pata now). 1)Should "sata ahci mode" be "Disabled" or set to "AHCI". 2)What should i set "SATA Port Native Mode(intel ICH9 southbridge)".disabled or enabled.
