Keyboard keys not working?

I recently bought a new mouse for my desktop computer, plugged it in and it works fine. But ever since my keyboard is not working. It is installed but not recognized. I've tried rebooting my computer and plugging it back in, but no results. Please help!

When you plug it back in you might need to wait several minutes for it to be reinstalled.
