9500GT GPU overheating to over 100C, idles 60C ???

-9500 GT DDR3 512mb
-250W PSU
-1 DVD drive, 1 HDD
-1 CPU fan, 1 GPU fan
-Idle GPU: 60C
-GPU while playing Half-Life 2 (max settings 55 FPS): 60, then rises to 100C
-GPU while playing Counter-Strike 2D: 60C

Hello, my brand new GPU has a problem with overheating.

I've heard that low watt PSU can fry (=overheat?) hardware, would I need a higher watt PSU or another fan? Thanks.

if possible try changing both. but psu you need to upgrade it anyhow..
