Possibly you have interference with your monitor, cordless phone, bios needs to be updated, case fans, sound drivers, hardware configurations. All electronics produce different frequencies and some interfere with others. Sometimes what you hear is different from others perceptions. So many factors may go into you hearing constant or different high pitched frequencies.
