I have an Asus P9X79 Pro motherboard with a Intel i7 3930k processor. I THOUGHT I ordered the Noctua NH-D14 for the LGA 2011, but it turns out I didn't, got Noctua NH-D14 LGA1155/1156/1366/AM3 I7/I5/PHENOM Heatpipe Cooler. I assume the SE2011 model exists because the other doesn't fit. Is this indeed the case? Or will this still fit?

I think you need a 2011 mounting bracket in order for it to fit.

Yea, I couldn't wait the 2 weeks or so it would take to get the mounting bracket through them, so I just ordered it from Ncix.ca for $4.99 and got it the next day.

Thanks everyone.
