The be quiet dark rock pro is very good ive had it but only used it with low profile ram, it will fit in your case nicely too mine was 212mm wide and it was pressing tightly against the side panel your case is 229mm wide so that bit of extra play, it does seem to beat the frio ock on the second table here http://www.gamezoom.net/artikel/be_quiet_Dark_Rock_Pro_2_Test_Review-25053-2 by a good 5c too

Corsair H100i considering your on 16gb 2400MHz modules

If not than go with dark rock pro what kiezz advied.

Also keep in mind your ambient room temparature effects the entire cooling process so dont place your PC near a heater
