Network printer problem!

I am using Win server 2003 as a print server, the printer is CANON LBP 2900, and windows XP as client computers. The problem is that, when i install network printer on client computers it not works after reboot without reinstall the network printer?

Are the drivers loaded on the server for XP clients?
