Cant see wireless network

Hello,
I am unable to connect to my wireless connection. It is not shown in the list of available networks. I have reset the router and the modem but still network.

Are you sure the router is broadcating your ssid!

Depending on your operating system it may not display the network because the your wireless adapter is off. This is common for laptops running Windows XP Pro as it still lets you scan for available networks while the adapter is off. Obviously if your not running Windows XP and or not using a laptop, this might not be the case.
