Ok I have a friend who wants me to build him as basic and cheap a pc I can. Basically all he wants/needs is something to surf the internet with when hes bored. He has never owned a computer before.

Basically I think the onboard graphics will be plenty to watch the occasional video and micro atx form factor should also be fine. Would like to save money where ever possible but here is what I have come up with so far:

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Processor: AMD Athlon X2 240 Regor 2.8gHz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Monitor: Already have

Optical: Already have

Psu: TK TR2 430W (already have)

Price tag: $261.45

I'm not highly experienced but I can build a PC. I have never worked with AMD before so if this processor is possibly overkill let me know. Really all I want to do based on this list is downgrade if possible.
