Voltage too low for computer start

Hello,

I changed the voltage settings to their lowest levels in the BIOS to test, so now my computer simply attempts to startup again and again. How do I change the bios settings if I can't get to the bios screen?

Reset your bios by either pulling the battery from the motherboard and/or remove jumpers to reset motherboard bios.
