Is my DDR2 RAM bottlenecking?

Hello,

I wonder if my RAM is bottlenecking my system whilst playing videogames.
Specs:
Core2Quad 8300 @ 2,50Ghz
HD5770 1GB
RAM:

No.... your RAM should not be bottlenecking your system for gaming. I would say it is either your CPU or GPU depending on your games & gaming resolution.

Even though it is just 400Mhz? I'm afraid that applications can't get the data stored in the RAM fast enough. But that isn't the case?

Your RAM is running at 800MHz, not 400MHz. Since your memory is DDR (double data rated), CPU-Z only shows it at 1/2 the speed. You take what it shows and times it by two to get your actual MHz.
