Please help me choose a video card

We have a problem here at work and I was tasked with buying a new video card to test with. The problem we have is the 19in monitors were replaced with 24in monitors and when the techs run their application on the highest resolution it crashes (application is similar to auto cad, they refuse to run at lower resolution). The PC's are Dell optiplex 960 Mini tower so I assume the video card needs to be low profile. The power supply is only 305 watts and I'm sure that limits me. Any tips on a good video card would be greatly appreciated. Cost is not an issue.

ATI Radeon HD 4670 will be enough for your 300 watt smps pls make sure to take gddr3 variant as it gives better performance
