Bios applied cpu ratio but not windows

Hello, been following mrface oc guide for i7 2600k i5 2500k. enabled and disabled all the option he mentionned. bios applied the new cpu ratio but not windows . checked with cpuz and occt.
ive got an msi mobo z77a-g45 and i5-3570 intel ivy bridge.
Please help

So, ive manage to find what was causing this issue. If i let "Power technology" like it was at custom instead of disable, it work !

Now i can finally test my cpu! :D

ive read on a site that i could let C1E support at enable. It would have the effect of reducing the consomption (W) of the cpu .
What do u think ?
