I've found links to online MTF curves of both Nikon and Canon lenses (on
Japanese web pages, but of course graphs are graphs, and the lenses are
identified in English).

The Canon mtf graphs used to be on-line at the Canon USA site, though I can't
find the link at the moment. Perhaps someone reading this will post it, if
it's still up?

Hi Bill

Go to
http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/c [...] goryid=111

select a lens and the charts will be a the bottom of the page:

ie
http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/c [...] delid=7311

Right click the chart and select "Save Picture As" to save it as GIF or BMP
file.

Cheers

Lester
