Yup, Corsair is a good brand and I can highly recommend it. Psu is the last place to save money.

If you are thinking about NOT doing SLI, all you need is a quality 450W PSU with one 6-pin PCIe connector.
Here you have some good options:

ANTEC Neo Eco 520C 520W (by Seasonic)
ANTEC Earthwatts 500W (by Delta Electronics)
CORSAIR VX450 450W (by Seasonic)
ENERMAX Eco80+II (EES500AWT) 500W
ENERMAX LibertyEcoII (ELT500AWT-ECO II) 500W (modular)
SEASONIC S12II (SS-500GB) 500W
SEASONIC S12II Bronze (SS-520GB) 520W
THERMALTAKE Toughpower Qfan (W0151) 500W (by CWT) (modular)
OCZ Fatal1ty 550W (by Sirtec) (modular)
COOLER MASTER Silent Pro M (RS-500-AMBA-D3) 500W (by Enhance electronics) (modular)
