Recommendations for Touch Screen Monitor?

Uh, making a touchscreen is hard enough at 10' there is none for your size. There is those that have 120hrz that support 3d and any monitor supports any operating system. XP, 2000, Vista, or 7 any of them.

Okay my bad about that, but I did a quick lookup on touchscreens on Bing and came up with a company called Elo that makes these screens, but they sell it through other companies. I'm in the US so I don't know how to get yours I checked the Dell website for this and can't find your model. By the way why would you need a touchscreen anyway?
