Flickers with dual monitors on HD 5770

I just bought a 5770 last week, and I just now connected an old CRT as a dual monitor. But, I'm having a problem where one of the monitors (plugged into the bottom DVI port) flickers, very annoyingly. Not a real constant flicker, but every 7 seconds or so, two strips of black show up on the screen for about half a second, then just go away. It's really annoying. I'm just wondering if it's my Power Supply, as it's probably the weakest link in my setup:
OCZ StealthXStream 400W
XFX ATI 5770
Athlon II X4 620
Biostar TA790GX A3+

I'm thinking that it might be my PSU, but if it's the card, I do have the XFX lifetime warranty.

check your refresh rates.. if your ctr is flickering maybe its cause its old like you said.

Sometimes it's either one, depending on which one is plugged into the bottom DVI port.

Like I said, my brand new LCD monitor flickers if it's plugged into the bottom DVI port, as is the CRT monitor.

Maybe you can try the brand new catalyst 10.3 drivers. They just got released today.

fixed for me to, and i am happy that fixed it!. I had been restarting my computer for months till i read this, and this was such a faster fix, I am very happy!
