The x1950pro came in AGP flavors. The answer is yes if you can find one.

But do you realy need it is the better question, I wouldn't pour money into a AGP build.

It will support it just fine. Of course, you also need a decent PSU to power a 1950GT and I would recommend using the Omega drivers if your OS is XP. If you're trying to use Vista or Win 7, you will have to get the legacy drivers with the hotfix and those can be a pain.
