We need to know your MOBO manufacturer and model to determine what slots you have available.

Imo, save the money and get a new PC. An AM3 with a 4770 can be had for ~$500-550.

Sorry it took so long - the MOBO is PT880 Neo series MS-7008 (v1.X) ATX Mainboard
version 1.0 G52-M7008X1
Designed for Intel Pentium 4 Northwood Prescott (socket 478) processors

Celeron (R)
2.42GHz 1.5GB or ram

If you're after some small amount of gaming then I'd suggest hitting up ebay for an HD 2600 Pro or XT. I got one for $50 when I needed it for something.

But if you aren't trying to run games I probably wouldn't bother.
