How to stop the over clocking the amd fx6100

Hi.my name is phani.iam using amd fx6100 processor with asus m5a97 r2.0 mother board.with the app aisuite2 present in my motherboard drivers i overclock my cpu to FAST{in auto tuning they gave me two options one is fast and extreme .i selected fast} .but i dont know now how to stop this overclocking .my procesoor is getting too much heat. please help me.......
