GTX 560 overclock limit

What is the acceptable limit for this video card?

I'm asking because I want to overclock it, but I'm very new to this kind of thing. I'm using MSI Afterburner.

Currently what I've set in there:

Core Voltage(mV) - 1087(max);
Core Clock(MHz) - 954
Memory Clock(MHz) - 2124
Fan Speed - Auto.

I used these settings, and I tried to play BF3 and my framerate was jumping from 40 to 15 nonstop(maybe because that was a 64 player server, but who knows.)

My main PC specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition;
GPU: GeForce GTX 560
RAM: 4GB DDR3 PC1600
Motherboard: 760G-P43 FX

Your CPU could be better. But whats for overclocking you should test your card and check if its not too hot. I recommend 3Dmark for stress testing and Everest for checking temperatures.
