I have a question about memory.
Is it possible to put 2 corsair memory sticks of same specification, but different size(1gb & 512 MB) into ASRock 4coredual sata2 motherboard? I have tried to run them together, but motherboard would just give a 3 beep code(memory error). When installed just 1 gb stick in the farest ddr place, it booted up ok.

You may need 2 identical sticks of ram for your board to work. Especially if one stick is dual sided and one single sided. This refers to chips being on one side or both sides of the ram stick.
