Problem on my CPU

i have my CPU here guys.....i connected all the loops and anything...in short i assemble it....but when im done assembling...i started it..but it doe'snt work..i'll check it once again but it was all connected...what could the problem here guyyz..hope u will help me....

Spec...
Pentuim 4 3.4 GHz..
128 Graphics..
1.5 Gib of memory
i dont know the type of the motherbord...
80 gig harddisk...

connected al teh loops? I know the Pentium 4 is old tech, but it's not steam powered.

What exactly are you doing, what are you putting together and what exactly is not happening?
