Ho to save pictures to desktop with windows vista

Hello, suddenly my operation of windows operations has changed. I used to right click an image -save as - and then to desktop, now it shows only the save as - to windows program files 86 folder? how to change it back, also start menu is now blank and also windows print in general is a different font and light and other irregularities

I'd re-install Windows, sounds like you got a virus. You have a lot more issues than just saving to the right location. If you'd rather try to fix this, go though this guide http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/242796-44-simple-free-guide-removing-malware, then go to your user files, right-click on your user directory and uncheck Hidden, apply to all.
