Problem With Gfx card

I have Nvidia gefore 9400 gt 1gb ram [i know this is old card]

When i play games like gta 4 it suddenly quits and there is a warning message at the taskbar at the bottoml eft saying that the nvidia 9400 gt has stopped and recovered successfully !

And for the past 1 week the cpu is working the monitor is not working ! It is telling no signal !

Do you think my gfx card is my problem ? I have 1 year warranty !

If the monitor is displaying no signal, how do you know the cpu is working? What have you done in the past 1 week to get the monitor display something?
