Good CPU temperature benchmarking software

I've been trying to benchmark my cpu temp while rendering a file. Are there any good programs that record the temperature and put them in a graph? NO 3DMARK OR PRIME95

I have been using Everest Ultimate for that purpose. It's capable of running stability test and stress cpu to max and record temperatures. Great tool if you are wondering how hot cpu gets on peak load.
