Sapphire toxic 1gb 5850HD Gddr5 GPU is what I am considering to replace my current GPU but I am unsure if my PSU will be enough to run the 5850 to its max when I OC the card a tad.

My specs -

phenom II 965 black edition 3.4ghz quad
8GB DDR2 1066 OZC reaper ram
64mb 750GB hard drive
windows 7 64bit
BIOSTAR TA790GXE M/B
On board sound (which may change when I order a GPU)
650WATT PRO LSP Ultra PSU
9800GTX+ 512 GPU
20" 1600x900 monitor

I just edited the topic title, because you are asking for a 5850 but the topic said 4850.
As for the PSU,it provides 38A on 12v which is OK,and will work fine with a 5850.
PSU looks to be garbage. From Tigerdirect:
Special Features: Manual 130v & 220v Switching

"Special Feature," yeah right. No Active PFC, meaning an older, inefficient design at best. Also, 38A on +12V is very low for a 650W PSU. It's also not 80+. I would not trust it.
