650M Overclocking

So I really want to overclock my Laptop GPU GDDR5 GT650m (1024MB), and i've heard this card is a beast at overclocking!

So I've tried applying the settings displayed in the link on Nvidia Inspector and whenever I click 'apply clock & voltage', it sets the overclock settings but then they drain straight away to they previous settings:

Current Clock: 135MHz
Current Memory: 405MHz

Any ideas why this keeps happening?

Gpus lower clocks when idling. You need to stress test anyways to see if your oc is stable and you'll see it go to your oc speeds.
