When I boot Window XP, an error message window pops up, saying that "memory
access violation in module kernel32 at 9773:12787138" After closing the
error message window, I could run all the application programs without a big
problem. Recently I installed Spy Sweeper(by webroot), and then I tried to
run Spy Sweeper. It does not run because of the sane error "memory access
violation in module kernel32. This error message started to show up after I
installed MS Security Service Pack 2, I believe. Please help me to get rid
of the Kernel32 error message.
