RAM: G-Skill Ripjaws 4GB (120$)

Total: 1225$
Tax: 160$
SH: ~50$
TOTAL: 1435$

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I would like to have it as quiet as possible. Also, I don't need to do anything demanding on my pc except gaming, if theres anywhere I can save some money, let me know. If any parts can be swapped for something cheaper let me know as well! Also do i need any cooling??

Save like $8 with this RAM:
    G.Skill Ripjaws 1333 Cas 7 - 116.49

Go for a bit beefier PSU. (By beefier I mean one that has higher amps on the 12V rail 52A vs 25A)
    Corsair 650TX - 109.99 (w/o 10 rebate)

    Cooler Master 922 - 109.99 (w/o 10 rebate) This will fit that beastly 5970

You don't need any cooling since stock is fine for no overclocking.
