AMD Phenom II X6 1055T OC soo close but so far

Alright so this is my first time overclocking my cpu and ive been trying to get it to be stable at 4 GHz. I am not worried about tempatures and yes i have replaced my stock cooler and i have a 750w TX corsair PSU. I will link my cpu-Z tabs and pics of my bios settings and i am able to boot with these settings i just can not keep my system stable under IBT tests.

Any advice will be very appreciated and save a lot of hair pulling

it mean no stable also not show max temp under fulload
try use Prime 4 hours .. phenom II 1055T hungry voltage ussualy 4ghz 1.45 above or 1.5 , it depend your CPU .. keep under 58C when stress test
