How to get a Security Code

Hello,
I'm using the Afaq Shamel DSL connection and need to get a security code for the connection. The modem details are as follows.
EcholifeHG532b Afaq Shamel -007 model.
I need to prevent other loging to the net wirelessly, which makes the connection too slow. So, i need to know how to do this by step by step and also what password and user name to be used. Please do help me on this matter.

Sign into your router thru the browser and set this up.password by default is usually admin!Once you are signed in you can setup passwords and security,use wpa because wep is easy to bypass!
