i have a old pc win 98. now i installed xp on it but the problem is the vga dirver given to the pc was for 95-98-NT. where from i can get the driver?

What is the video hardware manufacturer? You must try their website for an XP driver.

If the system has built-in VGA,
go to run
type dxdiag and Press enter
Check the System Model
and then google driver for the same system model.

If you have any VGA card installed on your system, then you will have to find the driver for that specific VGA card.
