Library accidently moved int system folder no longer accessible du to read only

user folder accidently dragged into system folder 60b480f4e32e007517
All files now classified as read only. User folder read only incuding all files.
Tried removing read only designation with right click and security option. Did not take. How do I get the folder back to its original state/location????

Would a System Restore to a point before you did this not solve the problem?

problem solved. booted in safe mode.as administrator. assumed ownership and granted all authority to users making sure that authorities were propagated to all sub folders.
