Looks pretty good. I do not know anything about the quality of the PSU. And if you are planning to overclock, you will need better CPU cooling.

well it's awsome but for gta 4 it doesn't support crossfire so you might even get worse preformance in it all the other games will run great on that rig

Okay, a few remarks:

Cougar is generally considered a B-brand. Consider getting a good brand like Antec or Corsair.

If you want to overclock, you might want to get a better CPU cooler.

Get a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB or Seagate 7200.12 1TB if possible, they offer better performance at a lower price than WD drives.

Why would you spend the money on 2 5850s? For that cost (around $600-650) you're better off spending a few bucks more and getting a single HD 5970.

Looks like it supports CrossFire according to Newegg:

8 GB is more than you need for a gaming build, 4 GB would be fine.

If this is your power supply, it's pretty good. If you're looking at something with just 80+, not 80+ Silver, then it should still be ok.

@ Silmarunya - the WD he has listed is the WD1002FAEX, which uses 500 GB platters and performs similarly to the Spinpoint F3 & the 7200.12. If the pricing is approximately equal, there's no reason not to go with it.

In general, looks pretty good (assuming the WD and 2x 5850 is based on availability/price differences that don't exist in the USA).

GTA IV DOES SUPPORT CROSSFIRE I've looked on this GTa Forum.. "it already has crossfire support. no SLI support."
