Had that board and loved it. The lower the latency on RAM the better. I actually prefer Crucial ballistix, but thats a personal choice.
The 770 chipset is good, but usualy no onboard (for back up) and no cross fire for the future. You wont be sorry you bought it though, unless your VC goes out, or you later want to Xfire.

well, personally, I was planning on buying this now, then upgrading in a year's or so's time, when USB3/SATA3 moves onto sub $150 motherboards.. and when we'll finally know what pin Bulldozer will use.

I can get the GA 770TA UD3 for $110 AUD atm, I think its the best value thing I can get right now.
