There seem to be two versions of this motherboard but i can't seem to figure out what they changed.

I can see a few visual changes in the position of certan compunents but I cant find any article that states what they changed and why.

I am upgrading soon and I am inrtressted in this mobo but atm I can only get rev 1 so that is why I want to know about the 2nd revision. Obviously it is the better one but is rev 1 still good enough?

The revision would be fixing some firmware on the board they forgot about. It could be something problematic, like the LAN connectors not working, or the sound cutting out for some of the boards, or it could be something you'll never notice. If the price difference is over 10 dollars, it's just adding some small feature. I'd say go for the first revision if that's the case, and don't worry about it.
