Hi all - I need to buy a new motherboard and want to know please, if the following cpu, psu, and board are compatible with each other:

CPU: Intel core 2 quad Q8300
link: http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=39107

Power Supply: Raidmax RX530SS

Motherboard: Asus - ATX Motherboard 1600/1333/1066/800MHz (Socket LGA 775)
link: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Asus+-+ATX+Motherboard+1600/1333/1066/800MHz+%28Socket+LGA+775%29/9724526.p?id=1218159866156&skuId=9724526

Also, I currently have DDR3 ram on on a micro motherboard, would this ram also be compatible with the above asus motherboard?

Thank you!

p.s. the reason for the new motherboard is that as of Monday, device manager shows errors for both my onboard ethernet controller and usb wireless networking adapter, reinstalling drivers doesn't work, virus software didn't find anything, and a factory reset didn't solve the problem. please let me know if you think the motherboard is not the likely problem here.

Hi, thanks for the response. Unfortunately I did try a reinstall this morning and I am still getting the same issues. It happened with the onboard ethernet first, but the wireless USB adapter actually worked last night when I first installed it, then this morning it started giving me the same problem. Other USB devices in the same ports work okay though, so I am completely stumped!
