After reading the Tom's Hardware review of the Iiyama AS4314UT decided to buy one. Nowhere around here sells them so I have to buy it online. In the review it said there were two versions and one was much better than the other. It also said there was no way of knowing which monitor was the good version. So I bought one taking my chances (I'll ship it back if it is the "bad" version).
After I bought this monitor the review was updated and it said that the way to tell was if there was a G on the end of the model #, making it Iiyama AS4314UTG. I emailed the company I bought it from asking if what I had bought was in fact the Iiyama AS4314UTG. They replied saying that the G was just an internal code that meant it was from a certain plant that only ships to Europe. They then said Iiyama assures everyone that all of the AS4314UT's are the same, contrary to the THG review.
What tools can I use to check if this is the monitor with the 25 ms response time?
